Share ALL your files, don't just trade! The more you share, the more you will have, and the faster everyone will be able to get what they want. Don't download a great 93Mb file from some poor sod on a 56k connection if you're not going to ease the load on his queue; he's got 100 other people waiting for that same file. Make sure your filetypes reflect the kind of file you're downloading.
Also if you want to share porn, please consider a separate folder and screen name for it. Some of us have small children in the house and we really don't want them to see it if we are browsing your files.
